RecOpsCon 2024, produced by OneReq, brought together over 100 Recruiting Operations (RecOps) professionals and recruiting technology founders for two days of insightful sessions and networking. The event focused on the latest trends, tools, and strategies shaping the future of recruiting, AI, and data-driven hiring. Here are four key takeaways:

As we closed out RecOpsCon 2024, I’m grateful for the incredible energy, connections, and knowledge shared. This first event for the RecOps community has been a learning experience, and the positive feedback has been overwhelming:
- 97.9% of respondents said they plan to return next year!
- Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) was an impressive 85, with 83% of respondents scoring the event 9 or 10.
