This is a hybrid opportunity in Cary, North Carolina.
The candidate must be onsite at the client 3 days a week.
The Senior Campus Coordinator is critical for hiring into high-volume campus programs and delivering a best-in-class coordination and administration service to clients in line with agreed service levels, ensuring operational excellence at every stage. This passionate professional will act as an SME for the campus process and best practices and manage all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring all quality thresholds are met.
Campus coordination
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including event coordination; video interview/ Assessment Centre/ Superday scheduling and facilitation; managing candidate queries to resolution; updating recruitment trackers and the client ATS; invoice and expense management; onboarding admin
Assist Team Leader/Manager to coordinate activities and allocate workload across an onsite/ offshore solution
Own the coordination for the hiring campaigns; plan activity to meet key milestone dates (e.g. Superday or assessment center dates; start dates); ensure resource planning is accurately mapped; set up daily targets, milestones, project plans
Track the progress of campaigns, pre-empting possible risks and escalating to instigate actions to resolve challenges
Ensure regular communication with the team to understand ongoing requirements and to share the progress of activities
Key Accountabilities
Stakeholder and team engagement
Develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, strategy, competitors, and the campus market
Build strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and account stakeholders and within your team
Work with colleagues to design and implement effective strategies to manage high-volume applications to meet overall demand across multiple positions or geographies
Collaborate/complete accurate management information and reports including data sets to keep stakeholders continually apprised and updated on the relevant processes
Manage day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with to resolution
Report progress on a weekly or monthly basis, as requested (MI reporting, KPI, monthly dashboards)
Administration
Manage various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process, including test or referral management; ad hoc reporting; process review
Team and Management Support
Participate in projects outside of direct team
Support AMS-wide initiatives and build a network within AMS
Identify, propose, and drive forward continuous improvement suggestions, e.g., automation, efficiency gains, or improvement to candidate experience
Provide SME support to new team members (Band 1 Coordinators/ offshore teams) by sharing best practice knowledge and approaches; coaching on client and AMS culture; championing AMS internal knowledge and initiatives
Share opportunities for scope expansion with management, flag scope creep
Identify and share with relevant internal stakeholders compliance risks in line with the overall AMS Risk Management Framework
Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Prior experience in an Early Careers and Campus recruitment role
Experience in team coordination, setting daily targets, monitoring KPIs and SLAs
Excellent problem-solving ability, proactive, organized, responsive, and resourceful
Strong team player with the ability to coordinate the workload of other team members where required
Client-focused with outstanding judgment and strong attention to detail
Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and can manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines and keeping the client and team updated
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and teammates
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of recruitment technology and databases
Able to conduct process reviews and make suggestions for continuous improvement
Capability to perform on-the-job training and act as a buddy/mentor to new team members
Capability to work on and suggest a resolution to a complex issue connected to the process
Experience of complex administrative processes
Experience working with remote teams
