As a senior MBA campus recruiter, you’ll partner with business leaders across the company to attract and hire top MBA talent to our Product Management and Investment Management organizations. Leveraging your talent acquisition expertise and market knowledge, you’ll develop a robust plan of events - on campus and virtually - for both first-year and second-year MBA students applying to summer internships and full-time positions. You’ll regularly manage recruitment metrics and proactively share market data and best practices with stakeholders to ensure ongoing success. As a brand ambassador for Progressive, you’ll ensure a positive candidate experience and focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with business school representatives, diversity organizations and student groups. This is a high visibility role with the opportunity to impact the business as a strategic, hands-on, recruiting partner.

Must have qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of recruiting/talent acquisition, functional HR experience or business operations leadership experience, at least two years of which includes direct recruiting/hiring experience
In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of six years of recruiting/talent acquisition, functional HR experience or business operations leadership experience, at least two years of which includes direct recruiting/hiring experience
Preferred skills
Experience building and managing university relationships with students, faculty, and career services at core universities
Experience with industry knowledge of campus recruiting best practices
Proven track record of driving diversity recruiting initiatives with the ability to guide and execute
Proven ability to create new and effective sourcing strategies for specific roles using a variety of sourcing techniques and resources
Ability to recommend process improvements and lead projects with little guidance
Compensation
Salary range: $66,300 - $88,400
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
