Autodesk wants to reimagine the student recruiting journey using virtual and in-person elements. This starts with attracting and hiring students, the global internship program itself, and all the way through to full time hire start date. We are seeking an early career programs expert to conduct an analysis, recommendation and plan to set us up for success. This is a 6 - 12 month contract opportunity. This seasoned program manager will partner directly with Global Head of Early Career Programs to execute on this important initiative. Elements for analysis, recommendation and plan include, but not limited to:
Global intern program redesign with hybrid lens (in-person and virtual programming)
Research about current student preferences/trends for internship/early career experiences
Big picture (and details of) the student lifecycle
Communication plan (internal and external)
Recruiter resource analysis
Candidate Qualifications
10+ years of experience in early career/university recruiting programs
Experience working in a global technology company strongly preferred
Proficient in MS Office (i.e. SharePoint, Teams)
Experience using efficiency tools such as Slack, CRM (i.e. Beamery), Airtable or Smartsheets strongly preferred
Effective communication skills and strong presentation development skills
Highly organized and detailed-oriented; ability to be flexible and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency and little guidance
Ability to collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes
Trustworthy with high integrity, and the ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality while working with interns, candidates and employees inside and outside the organization.
Able to adapt and pivot in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties.
