Our Team Our Global Early Career Recruiting team recruits top emerging talent, facilitates programs hosting hundreds of Interns and Co-op students around the globe (e.g., multiple locations in the USA, Canada, EMEA, India, Shanghai and Singapore) and maintain a robust talent pipeline of recent Interns and new grads. We partner with Hiring Managers and our Talent Acquisition team members to serve as talent advisors and advocates for engaging the digital generation in software and business innovation. The Role in a Nutshell In this role, you will create and drive a strategic program to achieve the business goal of engaging key new talent for our locations in Canada. As a member of our Global Early Career Recruiting Team, you’ll cultivate recruiting partnerships with select partnerships and schools; coordinate and execute highly effective campus events; create and facilitate dynamic, Internship Programs; develop a robust talent pipeline of highly qualified Interns, Co-ops emerging grads and recent Alumni and participate in the development of employment branding for Autodesk. This role reports to Autodesk’s Global Head of Early Career Programs (in the USA). Key Responsibilities include: • Talent Branding – Partner in the development of impactful campus recruitment/brand campaigns and their strategic deployment using social media & branded recruiting collateral • Candidate Generation – Post approved jobs at target schools, partner with Career Center Coordinators, develop sourcing strategies and screen diverse talent from universities, partnerships and programs. • Screening and Selection – Facilitate all aspects of candidate selection; resume reviews, interviews and selection; Offer Letters resulting in high caliber early career candidates • Program Development - Facilitate structured Internship Programs for Interns resulting in an outstanding Intern experience including management of intern engagement programs. • Talent Pipeline - Ensure adherence to Autodesk’s global hiring process including comprehensive data collection of all candidates via ATS (i.e. Workday) database to build and maintain a talent pipeline of Interns and High Potential candidates • Partner with Internal Business Groups - Meet with leaders to evaluate conversion candidates upon conclusion of each Intern/Co-op cohort and facilitate offer approval and creation process • Cultivate Alumni Talent Pipelines - Maintain active Intern Alumni Talent Pipelines with former interns and serve as candidate champion for emerging entry level job opportunities • Support Program Principles - Ensure local alignment with Autodesk’s Recruiting policies and principles. • Program Results - Maintain and provide monthly and quarterly metrics to reflect accurate ROI • Benchmarking - Continuously monitor local industry best practices and provide improvement recommendations Basic Qualifications: • A passion for building relationships with students • Bachelor’s in business, human resources, or related field • 3-5 years experience leading full-cycle University Recruiting (Interns, Co-Ops and New Grads) • Demonstrated expertise with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday and CRM experience strongly preferred) • Demonstrated ability to build successful partnerships with all levels of management and peers • Excellent communication skills including presentation skills. English language required. French language preferred. • Strong understanding of HR practices and local employment law • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: • Previous direct experience working in a multi-national technology company and as a member of virtual team strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience with social media tools is essential • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Creativity and curiosity to constantly improve and innovate • Familiarity with event planning and coordination • Background in business development and/or marketing
