We are in search of a Recruiter to lead hiring in both the United States and Ireland for Customer Support, Sales Development, and Account Management. You will be responsible for executing against hiring targets for our high-volume Customer Support Advisors & Associates to ensure our customers across the globe have the support they need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will also be responsible for hiring across newly created groups such as Sales Development and Account Management to support our growing Enterprise-level customer base
You will report into our Manager, Business Recruiting and be based in our New York headquarters.
At this time, all Squarespace employees are working remotely until June 2021. We are closely monitoring the status of COVID-19 to determine if and when it is safe to return to our offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-cycle recruiting for our high-volume Customer Support, Sales Development, and Account Management teams in the US and Ireland
Oversee the internal hiring process within Customer Operations and Channels & Services globally in partnership with a Recruiting Coordinator
Build high-trust relationships with hiring managers and interviewers alike; communicate weekly progress updates to senior leadership
Develop an understanding of the strategy, goals, processes, culture, and skill set needed for the Customer Operations and Channels & Services teams; use this knowledge to co-author job descriptions, craft recruitment strategies, and communicate with candidates
Partner with the Learning & Development, Workforce Solutions, FP&A and HR Business Partner teams to ensure agreement on timing and size of incoming Advisor and Associate classes
Maintain detailed records in our applicant tracking system. Use your keen attention to detail to become a trusted partner to internal People team partners to ensure reporting accuracy and a stellar new employee onboarding experience
Source prospective candidates for designated roles; full-cycle recruiting for ad hoc roles
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in a recruiting support role supporting high volume client groups
Experience working within strict timelines
High touch philosophy with applicants, candidates, referrals and employees to ensure everyone involved with the hiring process has an excellent experience
Project management skills with an eye for detail
Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to navigate competing priorities
