PepsiCo’s North America Campus Center of Excellence is responsible for hiring +2000 Undergraduate and Graduate entrepreneurs, dreamers, doers, rainmakers and shakers across our Field and Corporate functions each year.
As a member of PepsiCo’s Campus Center of Excellence, the Manager, Campus Programs & Operations will be responsible for identifying and implementing enhancements to talent acquisition process, technology & innovation, leverage external marketplace data and new tools/technologies to ensure PepsiCo remains ahead of the competition in the TA space. The Manager for Delivery Operations & Internship Programming for Campus will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of support for fulfillment towards hiring goals, RPO management, internship program, Campus program budget, and performance metrics & KPIs.

As a Manager, Campus Programs & Operations, you will:
Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to enhance customer (student and PEP business partner) experience while delivering a consistent and scalable experience for all stakeholders.
Track data and performance weekly to gather insights and ensure overall success of team
Oversee PepsiCo’s annual Summer Intern Program for ~ 1000 interns
Provide legal, compensation, and global mobility review, as well as GHRO updates
Drive transition of functional work (i.e. offers/onboarding etc.) to our RPO provider and PEP Global Business Services in order to support hiring demands
ADP RPO relationship management (i.e. campus logistics and scheduling) to ensure student and business partner experience is outstanding. Serve as the initial escalation point to resolve RPO issues raised by hiring managers and other key stakeholders ADP will support PepsiCo in executing 1,600 enrichment events and +6,000 interviews per year.
The Delivery Operations & Internship Program Manager will have one to two junior Associate Recruiters to support him/her with work related to student programs
Vendor management SLAs for RPO, warehousing and fulfillment; intern housing; as well as others.
Lead business reviews with vendor partners in order to drive continuous improvement
Oversee and track team budget including budget oversight for RPO and 3rd party vendors
Travel throughout the year to other PepsiCo locations (approx 20%.)
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent project management skills required
Candidates must work in an agile way and be a change agent to drive innovation
Strong data-driven mindset, with an eye towards metrics and ROI
Must have collaborative work style and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through partnership and innovation
Selected candidates will have a strong comfort with operations, process improvement, and back end TA and campus technologies
A minimum of ~8-10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly Campus and TA Operations experience within large organizations
Previous experience tracking and overseeing budgets and managing RPO and vendor relationships
Stellar written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Previous exposure and experience with Talent Acquisition technologies is strongly preferred (e.g. Tableau, Kenexa, Avature, and Brazen)
Candidates with intermediate to advance Excel skills are strongly preferred
