We are looking for a Fellowship Recruiter to help scale our Fellow recruiting pipeline. This person will not only facilitate a seamless recruitment process, but also play a critical role as the first step in the funnel in creating an ambitious community of engineers.
Your perfect day will include:
Sourcing promising engineering talent and proactively outreaching to leads and responding to all applications
Speaking with a high volume of engineers from a wide range of diverse backgrounds and scheduling all interviews
Managing a diverse candidate funnel and maintain the status of each Fellow throughout the application process
Sending out acceptance letters and setting them up for success in a handoff to a Fellowship Manager
Maintain an efficient, smooth and enjoyable candidate experience
Skills and expertise that we value:
4+ years agency or in house recruiting experience
4+ years of experience direct sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
A natural people person, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multitasker who can maintain daily communication with numerous people while tackling projects with limited supervision
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, boolean search strings, Linkedin and cold outreach to qualify passive talent from underrepresented groups
Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (Full Stack Engineers, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Data etc.)
(bonus) Experience using Hubspot or other CRMs
