MongoDB is seeking a coachable and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Early Talent Recruiting Team. This individual will report into the Lead Program Manager, Early Talent and play a pivotal role in shaping candidate experience, owning interview coordination, and will contribute to various projects as required. This role offers insight into the dynamic environment of Early Talent Recruiting.
This is a hybrid role based out of New York City.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Early Talent Recruiters to coordinate high-volume phone and video interviews for Intern and New Grad candidates
Work closely with interviewers to enhance candidate experience during interview sessions
Manage logistics and shipping of promotional items and MongoDB materials to Early Talent events
Support planning of on-site Early Talent events including fall, spring and summer
Maintain job postings on university career websites
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication during the interview process
Gather and synthesize interviewers' feedback
Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates when required
Manage swag creation, logistics, and shipping for events
Assist with diverse projects as needed
Requirements:
Familiarity with the entire Gsuite is beneficial
Proficiency working in Greenhouse ATS is beneficial
Collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and mentorship
Experience in project management, brand marketing, and using metrics for program outcomes
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong relationship management abilities, fostering connections and influence across all levels
