This position will have critical responsibility for driving the success of our hiring programs globally. Interfacing with executives, hiring managers at all levels and the entire Talent Acquisition team to ensure we deliver on quality, timely and efficient recruiting
Key Responsibilities/Objectives
Drive Recruiter enablement globally ensuring the whole team is skilled in our competency based hiring approach
Manage relationship with key vendors such as Linked In, Greenhouse etc and drive adoption of tools and capabilities
Own recruiting analytics and reporting, looking at pipeline, time to fill and other metrics to build predictability and process improvement from requisition to hire
Build programs and initiatives that support our hiring goals, whether it be diversity hiring, workforce planning, contingent worker management or building our capabilities in Greenhouse to better enable hiring
Develop the Talent Pipeline - creatively solve the problems of pipeline creation through talent branding, events and other candidate lead generation programs
Manage the candidate experience - ensuring that all candidate interactions with Cohesity are at the highest level
Skills/Experiences
3 years in a similar role as leader of Talent Operations
High growth, high tech experience a must
Start up experience is a plus
Must be very data driven in approach
Process oriented, understands the Talent Acquisition pipeline
Has developed and deployed several talent acquisition strategies and programs
Outcomes
Built out the process for Competency Based hiring globally
Built a solid, predictable reporting and analytics dashboard for Talent Acquisition
Developed training and enablement programs for the TA team
Established a well managed contingent worker process
Have worked with Marketing to develop our Talent Acquisition brand
