Job Description
Provide campus recruiting services for all Co-op, Intern and Entry Level full-time vacancies, focusing on attracting top candidates to Amcor Flexibles North America. Provide thought leadership to the program, building partnerships with the core schools and partner with leaders to develop a strategy on building talent.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Develop, maintain and cultivate partnerships with colleges/universities that align to the company’s strategy
Partner with leaders to develop and influence a strategy on intern/co-ops needs
Ensure program remains competitive by conducting market and industry research
Develop the strategy to execute the tactical campus recruiting plan to deliver results; coordinates all job fair events, attendees, and marketing displays
Conduct candidate screening; assesses the talent level of each candidate and selects top candidates to interview on-site with Hiring Manager.
Facilitate calibration sessions with leaders to evaluate talent across all career fairs; results in a fair assessment of all candidates and elevating the top talent
Maintain ongoing communication with the hiring manager and provide updates in regard to recruiting progress.
Create and manage negotiations of offers with candidates
Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships internally and externally over a long period of time
Develop/promote Amcor brand to students in accordance with Amcor core values
Create, coordinate and facilitates Preview Day for all students and Hiring Managers
Executes all on-boarding activities for Co-ops and Interns to ensure seamless integration into AFNA including New Hire Orientation
Acts as the Intern/Co-op main point of contact for all employment/internship related questions
Develops and executes the development portion of the campus program, including networking events and the final presentations
Partners with leaders to determine full time offers, extend employment offers for high performing students
Continually monitor and right-size the Campus Portfolio then leverage it across multiple functions
Continuous improvement in Co-op/Internship Program thru hiring manager, student, and university input.
Create a healthy and engaged pipeline of young talent for future openings
Demonstrated knowledge of the Amcor strategy, products, and processes

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
0-3 years of previous experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Exhibited project management and organizational skills
Able to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to establish trust
Capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with leaders
Works well under pressure and with time constraints
Demonstrated strong presentation delivery skills
Willingness to travel during peak campus recruiting periods (Feb – Mar & Sept – Oct)
