As the
Head of the Americas Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to do exciting and transformational work being responsible for leading the design and execution of attraction, engagement and talent selection strategies, in partnership with a diverse group of stakeholders, across multiple lines of business within Citi. The Americas leader is responsible for activities in the
United States, Canada and Latin America Excluding Mexico.

Develop, implement, and execute highly strategic talent acquisition agenda, identifying areas of success and needs
Lead the Talent Acquisition function in the design and implementation of strategically focused recruiting plans and practices
Assist the business in staying up-to-date on business priorities and environment changes in order to monitor and adjust recruiting plans to deal with changes in the business and marketplace
Define and implement process improvements, tools, and technologies to enhance the recruiting process and better enable recruiters and managers
Provide strategic advice and counsel and serve as a Recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the group
Facilitate strategic plan goals and coordinate efforts with key partners
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to drive effectiveness of position filling based on needs (e.g. time, cost, skill set, diversity) and Govern all executive searches
Provide market intelligence and metrics to the business in order to enable well managed resources
Manage recruiter workload, productivity, performance plans, incentive plans, and client satisfaction, as well as measure progress, track results, and provide metrics
Can leverage data and create insights to assess effectiveness, ROI and improvement opportunities
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience
Successful transformational people leader
Experience working in financial services organization or large recruiting function
Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Talent Attraction, Engagement and Selection

Education
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
