Respectful Behavior

RecOps Con is a space for collaboration and learning. Any behavior that is intentionally inappropriate, off-topic, disruptive, or abusive will not be tolerated.

Inappropriate Behavior Includes, but is Not Limited To:

• Verbal or Physical Abuse: Threats, intimidation, or any form of physical harm.
• Derogatory Language: Use of discriminatory language or gestures, including but not limited to racism, sexism, or harassment.
• Targeted Comments: Any remarks intended to offend or insult another participant.
• Harassment: Unwanted advances or any form of harassment, whether in person or online.

Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to any member of the conference team or our volunteers. You can also contact us via email at team [at] onereq.com. OneReq is committed to assessing the situation and responding promptly.

Important Note

Reporting to OneReq does not substitute for notifying local law enforcement if necessary.

OneReq reserves the right to take appropriate action against individuals or groups that fail to adhere to this Code of Conduct. This may include barring entry to the event or revoking credentials without refund.
